Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Curd - 2.5 cups
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste.

How to Make Tomato - Dahi Chutney

  • Heat oil in a skillet and splutter mustard, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add tomato pieces, green chillies, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt.
  • Cook for 5-10 mins till the tomatoes are soft and allow to cool for sometime.
  • Beat curd, add the above mixture to this curd and mix well. Do not heat again.
  • Serve this either hot or cold.
