Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless mutton
  • 4 - onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - tomatoes paste
  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves | |9 - green chillies, ground
  • 5 tbsp - mustard oil

How to Make Tomato Aar Dhone Pata Diye Mangso

  • Boil the mutton with salt, turmeric powder and 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, fry the chopped onions till golden brown.
  • Add the half boiled mutton.
  • Add tomato puree or paste along with ginger-garlic paste.
  • Fry till the oil leaves the masala.
  • When done, add the coriander and green chilli paste. Cook for 5-10 mins on low flame.
  • Serve.
