Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups - tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp - ginger juice
  • Crushed ice - as required
  • Fresh basil leaves - to garnish
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 4 - lemon wedges

How to Make Tomato Basil Shooter

  • Combine tomato juice, ginger juice and crushed ice in a bowl.
  • Tear a few basil leaves and add.
  • Mix salt and black pepper powder in a plate.
  • Apply lemon juice to the rims of four shot glasses and dip the rims in the salt and pepper powder mixture.
  • Pour in the tomato juice and serve immediately garnished with fresh basil leaves and lemon wedge.
