Ingredients

  • Tomato - 2 ripe red ones
  • onion - 1 medium-sized chopped fine
  • 1 small carrot - grated fine
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup sev
  • chat masala - 1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Masala

  • Cut the ripe tomatoes in thin circles and arrange them on a plate.
  • Sprinkle the chopped onions on them and the grated carrot.
  • Now, sprinkle the salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder and squeeze 1/2 the lemon on it.
  • Add the puffed rice on top as required and top it with sev.
  • Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves.
