  • 1/2 can - Tomato puree
  • 1 - Onion (chopped lengthwise)
  • 3 cups - Cooked Basmati Rice
  • 3/4 cup - Paneer pieces
  • 1 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 - Bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Tomato N Paneer Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a large pan, add the bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Saute.
  • Add the onion pieces, tomato puree with soya sauce, garam masala powder, salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
  • Saute until the oil separates.
  • Add the paneer cubes and toss gently for a while.
  • Add the rice, chopped coriander leaves and mix gently.
