  • Paneer-1/4 cup (cubed)
  • Tomato-2
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori Methi-1/2 tsp
  • Jeera-1/4 tsp
  • Onion-1
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Salt-to taste

How to Make Tomato Paneer Curry

  • Chop onion and tomatoes. Make puree of the chopped tomato. In a pan, add oil followed by jeera to crackle.
  • Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till pink. Then, add cubed paneer and mix well.
  • Add tomato puree and mix well. Once it attains thick consistency, add coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
