  • 2 cups - atta
  • 1/2 cup - besan
  • 4 - 5 - tomato juice
  • 2 - boiled potatoes
  • 1 - sliced onion
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • haldi
  • 1 tbsp -ghee
  • salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Paratha

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Roll and make parathas.
  • Fry in oil/ghee.
  • Serve with any raita of your choice.
