Ingredients

  • 250 g - ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Tomato Patties

  • Grate the tomatoes. Add the bread crumbs.
  • Add salt, chaat masala, chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well, make balls and deep-fry it.
  • Enjoy as snack with chutney.
