Ingredients

  • 5 firm red tomatoes
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup canned Tuna
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp crushed mint
  • 2 green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Tomato Salad

  • Make 4 pieces of tomatoes, vertically scoop the pieces.
  • Mix rest of all the ingredients well.
  • Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Remove just before serving.
