Ingredients

  • Tondli - 1/2 kg
  • Finely crushed coconut - 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Spices as per taste
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Tondli Sabji

  • Heat the crushed coconut till it is brown in colour. Keep aside.
  • Cook the tondli in some oil.
  • Add the heated coconut and mix it well.
  • Add turmeric powder and chilli powder along with the spices as per taste.
  • Add salt and sugar. Mix the vegetable properly. Cook it till well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
