  • 1 packet - unsalted tortilla chips
  • 1 - finely chopped onion
  • 1 bunch - finely chopped green onion
  • Tamarind paste or extract (as per taste)
  • 2 to 3 - chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1 - medium potato (boiled, chopped)
  • Finely chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - dried ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • Sugar and Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Chat Masala

How to Make Tortilla Chips Bhel

  • Crush tortilla chips into small pieces. Add together tamarind extract, cumin powder, ginger powder, salt, sugar and chilli powder. Make thin paste. (add water if required.)
  • Add boiled potato pieces to tortilla chips.
  • Add tamarind mixture, green chillies, and chopped onions. Mix well.
  • Top with chopped cilantro and chaat masala before serving.
