Ingredients

  • 1 cup - chicken pieces, approx 1/4 inch
  • 1/2 cup - chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup - chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - chopped French beans
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 - garlic crushed
  • 4 - corn tortillas (6 inches in diameter)
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 4 tsp - salsa sauce
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Tortilla Sandwich

  • Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook till light brown, stirring continuously.
  • Add onion, capsicum and French beans.
  • Add pepper, salt, chilli powder and garlic.
  • Cook chicken till brown. Remove from fire.
  • Cut the tortillas into half.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on four parts.
  • Top it with salsa sauce (1 tsp each on each tortilla).
  • Finally, garnish with grated cheese in 4 equal parts.
  • Cover it with remaining tortilla halves.
  • Heat a skillet with 2 tbsp oil.
  • Put the tortilla sandwich on it.
  • Let it shallow fry till golden brown.
  • Turn and let the other side becomes golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with your choice of dip.
