Ingredients

  • 3 cups torn lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups torn spinach leaves
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated hard boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup- Winter Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts)

How to Make Tossed Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients in a jar, leaving aside 1/4 cup dressing and nuts.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Remove and pour the remaining dressing.
  • Garnish with nuts before serving.
