  • Raw Rice - 4 cup
  • Urad dal - 3 cup
  • Milk - 1 l
  • Sugar - according to your taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Cardamom a pinch
  • Salt

How to Make Traditional Urad Dal Ladoo

  • Soak the rice and dal and make a paste like vada batter along with salt. Take a pinch of the batter and deep-fry. When its become golden colour, take it out the vada and squeeze the oil.
  • Meanwhile, boil the milk, add sugar and cardamom powder in it.
  • Add the vada in the milk and soak it properly. You can use the oil along with 100 gm ghee.
