  • 1 litre - milk
  • 2 tbsp - sugar (or to taste)
  • 10 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Traditional Vanilla Ice cream

  • Boil the milk till it becomes thick (about 800 ml).
  • As soon as it is cooled, add the sugar, vanilla essence and blend well using a blender or mixie.
  • Cool it in the refrigerator and blend well again.
  • Keep it in the freezer and your vanilla icecream will be ready with in two hours.
