Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - chopped carrots, boiled
  • 1/4 - chopped French beans, boiled
  • 1/4 cup - chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 - chop boiled peas
  • 2 - hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1 cup - boiled noodles
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Traditional Vegetable Noodles

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add in all the masala seasonings and masala and mix well.
  • Add noodles and toss with everything else.
  • Garnish with chopped eggs. Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce.
