  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - besan flour
  • 1/2 cup - roasted rava
  • 1 cup - mixture of chopped onion, coriander and green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Tri Ratan Koki

  • Mix the flours with salt and the onion mixture and 1 tbsp oil.
  • Knead into a dough using warm water (the koki will crumble otherwise).
  • Make small balls, roll out into chapatti.
  • Cook on tawa by applying ghee, butter or oil.
  • Serve with pickles.
