Ingredients

  • 500 g - Pork
  • 25 g - ginger flakes, finely chopped
  • 25 g - ginger, crushed
  • 5 to 10 - green chillies
  • 2 to 3 - onions
  • Coriander leaves, finely chopped

How to Make Tripuri Pork Salad

  • Boil pork cubes in 500 ml water. Add to it salt to taste and crushed ginger. Boil till the meat get tender.
  • Roast the chillies on a tawa (do not cut chillies into pieces.) Add some salt to taste.
  • Then crush the chillies, add them back to the pan. Add finely chopped onions to it and mix well.
  • Add boiled meat and mix well with the onion and chillies.
  • Ready to serve.
