Ingredients

  • 1 small can Tuna
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Carrot (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Green Peas (optional)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 5-6 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • Salt
  • A small bunch Coriander leaves
  • Bread crumbs as needed
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Tuna Cutlet

  • Cook potatoes, carrot, peas and mash well. Add the tuna and keep aside.
  • Fry chopped onions, chopped green chillies and chopped ginger.
  • Add chopped coriander and salt to taste. Remove from flame.
  • Mix everything together and shape into cutlets.
  • Beat eggs well. Dip the cutlets in egg and dip them in bread crumbs.
  • Spread these cutlets on a large plate and refrigerate them for 1/2 hour.
  • Then deep-fry them in hot oil. Serve with tomato ketchup and tea.
