Ingredients

  • Tuna fish (in vegetable oil) 1 can
  • 1 small Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 small piece ginger - finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic - finely chopped
  • cilantro 3-4 roots - finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
  • little Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Tuna Fish

  • In a heavy-bottom pan, add the oil, onions, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Add tuna fish, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt and let cook until all the water is gone.
  • Garnish with cilantro and take off stove.
  • Goes well with rice and rasam / chapattis.
