Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 medium size can of Tuna fish or 2 small cans
  • 4 tsp - butter
  • 2 medium size onions chopped
  • 2 tsp - mayonnaise
  • 4 - lettuce or cabbage leaves

How to Make Tuna Fish Sandwiches

  • Butter the bread on one side only.
  • Add the tuna fish to the onions, mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Mix well then spread on 4 slices.
  • Lay a lettuce/cabbage leaf on top.
  • Cover with the remaining buttered slices.
  • Cut away the edges.
  • Slice diagonally.
  • Arrange on a plate and serve.
