Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked, minced tuna meat
  • 1/2 cup - powdered coconut
  • 1/4 tsp - green chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Tuna Patties

  • Mix all the ingredients. Make small patties with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Shallow fry till golden brown on one side.
  • Turn and let it fry till golden brown on the other side, too.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and hot coffee.
