The tuna mixture is prepared with thick cream sauce (butter, flour and milk), tuna fish, salt, onion and pepper. Make sure you are using fresh, chopped tuna fish. The batter mix involves flour, water, egg whites and salt. Make soft balls (marble-sized) with the tasty tuna mixture and roll those balls in the batter mix.
You can either fry these savoury puffs in hot butter or make them in advance, re-heat for few minutes and serve sizzling hot.
