Ingredients

  • 1lb. - ground turkey
  • 1 cup - fresh cilantro leaves
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 2-3 tsp - olive oil
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger and garlic paste

How to Make Turkey Kebabs

  • Grind all the ingredients together and mix them with the ground turkey.
  • Allow it to marinate for a couple of hours.
  • Skewer them and broil on the top shelf of the oven for 10 mins to harden the outsides.
  • Then bake in the centre of the oven or BBQ them covered for 10 mins or until done.
