Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey meat
  • 1/4 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp copped spring onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp roasted almonds
  • For Dressing-
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

How to Make Turkey Salad

  • Mix together all the ingredients of dressing.
  • Keep aside.
  • In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except orange and almonds.
  • Pour the dressing and toss it well.
  • Garnish with oranges and almonds.
