Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sooji (rava)
  • 7 to 8 pieces - bread slices
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - boiled potato
  • 1 or 2 - green chillies
  • 1 - capsicum (small)
  • 1 - tomato
  • 2 tbsp - curd
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • salt to taste

How to Make Upma bread sandwich

  • Heat dry Sooji (rava) on pan till it becomes little brown.
  • Chop onions, capsicum, tomato and green chillies into very small pieces.
  • Boil potato and mash it with all the chopped vegetables.
  • Add sooji (rava) to the mix.
  • Add curd and milk and make it like a thick paste.
  • If it is little dry add some water to make a smooth thick paste.
  • Add salt to the mix.
  • Take a bread slice and spread the paste of 3 to 5 mm thickness and toast the bread slice on both sides on hot pan with some oil.
