  • 250 g - wheat flour
  • 1 - ripe mango
  • 1 - raw mango
  • 1 - bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 - green chilli
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin seed powder
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Vaishakhi paratha

  • Grate the raw mango.
  • Remove the pulp of ripe mango.
  • Add the grated mango and the pulp to the wheat flour.
  • Then add the coriander leaves, chopped green chilli, salt and cumin powder.
  • Knead the flour into a dough adding water if necessary and make small balls.
  • Roll out balls into parathas.
  • Cook on both sides applying oil.
  • Sweet, sour mango paratha is ready.
