  • 250 gm - Unsalted butter
  • 125 gm - Plain flour
  • 100 gm - Self raising flour
  • 80 gm - Icing Sugar
  • Corn flour-75 gm
  • Vanilla butter cream:
  • 80 gm - Unsalted Butter
  • 150 gm - Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence.

How to Make Vanilla Melting Moments

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius.
  • Now line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
  • Beat butter, essence and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Sift the dry ingredients little by little.
  • Let the dough remain a little wet.
  • Roll it out into small balls and place it on a baking tray.
  • Press it with a wet fork to make pattern on top .
  • Bake it in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 mins.
  • Let the cookies stand in the sheet for 5 mins.
  • Now transfer it to a wire rack and let it cool.
  • Now mix all the cream ingredients together to form a smooth paste .
  • Spoon the cream on the cooled cookies. Add a cookie on the top to make a sandwich.
  • Serve with tea/ milk.
