Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 10 - French beans, finely chopped
  • 2 - carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup - small cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 - egg white
  • 1.5 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 4 - green chillies chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup - chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Veg Burgers with golden fried patties

  • Boil peas, French beans, carrots and cauliflower. Smash it coarsely.
  • Smash potatoes.
  • Mix all the ingredients except for the oil.
  • Make patties of the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan.
  • Fry patties on both the sides till golden.
  • Serve on toasted roll spread with chutney.
