  • 1 bowl rice , boiled
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 red/green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tbsp carrots, chopped
  • 3-4 baby corn, chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp cabbage (diced)
  • 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 4-5 green beans, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp. pepper powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

How to Make Veg Fried Rice

  • In a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp oil, garlic and chilli.
  • Saute.
  • Add carrots, baby corn, green beans and cabbage.
  • Saute and add oil. Add the boiled rice.
  • Season with salt and pepper pepper and soy sauce. Cook for a minute.
  • . Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onion.
