Ingredients

  • 1 cup - American corn (boiled)
  • 1.5 cup - mayonnaise
  • 14 slices - fresh bread
  • 50 gms - butter
  • 1 - small capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 1 - small tomato (desseded and finely chopped)
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich

  • In a bowl, mix together corn, mayonnaise, capsicum, tomato, salt, and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Trim the sides of the bread.
  • Apply butter on all the slices.
  • Place 2 tbsp of the corn-mayonnaise mixture in the center of a slice of bread and evenly spread it.
  • Place another buttered slice on top.
  • Gently cut the sandwich diagonally into two halves.
  • Repeat with remaining slices of bread and corn-mayonnaise mixture.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
