  • 1.5 cups - wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - mixed vegetable
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Veg Parathas

  • Grind mixed vegetables with as little water as possible.
  • Take flour in a bowl, add salt, oil and mix well.
  • Add the ground paste of vegetables, mix well.
  • Add water as required for chapatti dough consistency.
  • Roll, flatten and cook on both sides.
