Ingredients

  • 1 cup black chanas (soaked overnight boiled & mashed)
  • 2 potatoes (medium) (boiled and mashed)
  • 3-4 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • For binding:
  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • 2-3 bread slices
  • 2 tsp bread crumbs

How to Make Veg. Seekh Kababs

  • Mix together all the ingredients, make kebabs and thread them on skewers.
  • Remove them gently from the skewers and deep-fry.
  • Serve garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
