Ingredients

  • 500 g - Red and fresh tomatoes
  • 1 small bunch of fresh coriander leaves
  • 250 g - White gourd (lauki)
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • A pinch cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1.5 litres - water
  • Black pepper according to taste
  • Crushed ice as per wish
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cream

How to Make Veg Soother

  • Peel and make small pieces of gourd.
  • Chop tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  • Heat butter in a cooker. Add cumin and chopped veggies.
  • Add water, salt and close lid.
  • Cook for 30 mins. on slow heat. Strain the liquid.
  • Mix pepper. Cool and chill well.
  • Pour in glasses. Add crushed ice.
  • Pour 1 tbsp. cream and serve on sunny day
