Ingredients

  • 5 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - silken tofu
  • 1 cup - avocado puree
  • 1/2 cup - lukewarm water
  • 1 - tbsp- sugar
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 2 tbsp - active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - canola oil

How to Make Vegan Avocado Brioche

  • Put yeast in lukewarm water with 1 tbsp sugar, stir and keep aside to ferment
  • Take a large bowl add all-purpose flour, pureed silken tofu and avocado puree, sugar | Add the foamy yeast and knead for about 15 - 20 mins till it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Smear the bowl with oil and transfer the dough to it
  • Keep the bowl in a warm place for 1 hour
  • When the dough rises double the volume, punch the dough and divide them into small balls, smearing them with oil with a brush and keep for one hour, undisturbed.
  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree F
  • Brush the remaining oil over the dough and bake them for about 30 mins
  • Cool for a few mins serve.
