Ingredients

  • 1 nos- onion 1 cup- green, yellow and red capsicum
  • 1/2 - tomato
  • 2-3- button mushrooms
  • 2-3- baby corns
  • 1-2 tsp- black olives
  • 2 -3nos- green chillies
  • 5-6 nos- garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp- black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup- mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup- cheddar cheese
  • 3-4 tsp- coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Vegetable Cheese Toast

  • Cut all the veggies finely and mix everything in a bowl except two cheeses.
  • Toast 4 slices of bread in a toaster
  • Put the mixture on the slices and top it with both the cheese.
  • Grill the breads for 3-4 minutes (you can also grill it in a microwave or on a tawa)
