Ingredients

  • 100 gm French Beans (boiled)
  • 4 Potatoes (boiled)
  • 1 tsp fennel
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 2 cups - Wheat Flour for making chapatti

How to Make Vegetable Frankie

  • Heat oil, add fennel and coriander seeds. Then add the beans, potatoes, garam masala, turmeric and chilli powder. Saute and add salt to taste. Keep aside.
  • Make dough with the wheat flour and some water. Roll out chapattis and fry them.
  • Add some filling in each chapatti, roll it up and fry once more.
  • Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
