Ingredients

  • 3 - potatoes
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 3 tbsps - corn flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Garam masala - to taste
  • Mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion - finely chopped
  • 3 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder - to taste

How to Make Vegetable Keema

  • Boil potato, peas, carrot and mash it.
  • Mix corn flour, a pinch of garam masala, salt (as per taste), red chilli powder (as per taste), green chillies with the mashed vegetables with a little oil.
  • Make small balls from the mixture.
  • Roll in the bread crumbs and shallow fry in oil.
  • Eat hot with chutney.
