Ingredients

  • 4 cups - water or stock
  • 1/2 cup - spring onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - noodles, broken into 4 cmlong pieces
  • 1/2 cup - carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup - beans sprouts
  • 1/2 cup - green capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp - ginger, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - corn flour

How to Make Vegetable Noodle Soup

  • Combine all the ingredients from carrot to ginger together.
  • Add water or stock.
  • Let it simmer till the vegetables are soft.
  • Add noodles, salt and pepper.
  • Let it simmer till the noodles are cooked.
  • Add soya sauce.
  • Mix corn flour with 2 tbsp of water.
  • Allow it to simmer for 2 more mins and serve immediately.
