Ingredients

  • 4 - Sliced button mushrooms
  • 2 - Eggs
  • A pinch of pepper powder
  • A pinch of Greek seasoning
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Vegetable Omelette

  • In bowl, take 2 eggs, add all seasonings and whisk it for a while.
  • Pour few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add half of sliced mushrooms in it and saute it for few seconds.
  • Pour half of egg mixture onto it and spread it evenly on pan.
  • Cook it for around a minute and flip it over to cook the other side.
  • Repeat the same process for another omelette.
  • Serve hot with bread toast.
