Ingredients

  • 1 cup - plain yogurt
  • 1 - cucumber, grated
  • 1 - carrot, grated
  • 3 - spring onion (optional)
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 2 - stalks celery
  • 1 - medium tomato
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - sprig coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder

How to Make Vegetable Raita

  • Finely chop spring onion, chilli, celery, tomato onion and coriander leaves.
  • Beat yogurt well and add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
