Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp - Curd
  • 1/2 cup - Cabbage
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1/2- Capsicum
  • 3 tbsp - Corn
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper
  • Coriander leaves- 2 -3 sprigs.

How to Make Vegetable Salad in Curd Dressing

  • Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 1/2 an hour.
  • Microwave the corn for 2 mins.
  • Drain the water and add it to the chopped vegetables.
  • Now add salt and pepper to the vegetables and toss well.
  • After half an hour, remove the curd and add it to the vegetables.
  • Mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • Serve chilled with rotis and parathas.
