  • For the sauce:
  • 4 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp - vinegar
  • For the salad :
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 100 gms - shredded cabbage
  • 2 - radishes, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make Vegetable salad with soy sauce

  • Mix all the vegetables together in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients and pour into the mixed vegetable and toss well.
  • Chill before serving.
