  • 1 cup - All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup - Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Thinly sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup - Grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup - Grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup - Thinly sliced beans
  • 1/2 cup - Thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 2 tsps - Soy sauce
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt as required

How to Make Vegetable Spring Roll

  • Take both the flours in a bowl along with butter and required quantity of salt and mix it well.
  • Make stiff dough with water and let it set for about an hour and a half.
  • To make the filling, take a frying pan, add about 3-4 tsp oil and add all the vegetables.
  • Stir fry the vegetables well.
  • Add Soya sauce and salt at the end and fry for 3-4 minutes on the stove.
  • Make lemon size balls out of the dough.
  • With the help of a rolling pin, roll the dough as big as a chapatti.
  • Take 2-3 spoons of the filling and spread it lengthwise.
  • Now roll the dough till it reaches the other end and seal it with the help of water. You can seal the edges (side edges) too with the help of water.
  • Deep-fry till it turns golden brown.
  • Dry it on a paper towel.
  • After 10 minutes, using a sharp knife you can make 2-3 pieces out of a single roll. Repeat the same with the remaining dough.
  • Enjoy with tomato sauce!
