Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Carrot
  • 1 cup - Green peas
  • 1 cup - French beans
  • 2 cups - Cabbage
  • 2 cups - Chopped onions
  • 2 cups - Spinach
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • Chilli powder - to taste
  • 1 tbsp -Garam Masala
  • Salt

How to Make Vegetable Stir Fry

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add onions and saute for a while. Then add ginger and garlic paste.
  • Once the raw smell disappears, add the vegetables and stir.
  • Add cut spinach and chilli powder. Saute.
  • Add garam masala and salt as per taste. Stir for a while.
  • Cook, covered, in the kadai over medium flame. Do not overcook it.
