  • 1 lb - vegetables
  • 3 - medium sized onions
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • 2 tbsp -oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 2 tsp - Bengal gram flour.

How to Make Vegetables in Onion Masala

  • Cut the vegetables into 1 inch pieces.
  • Cut onions into big pieces and grind them.
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan, add jeera to it. Add the onion paste, turmeric, salt and chilli powder and fry for 3 mins.
  • Add the vegetable, mix well and cook in medium heat by stirring at intervals. Add besan to it, to improve the taste.
