  • 200 g - pre boiled fresh Kway Teow (Made of Flour, looks broad band white in colour, strips of noodles )
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 6 - baby corn
  • 2 - green capsicum (large size) sliced into strips
  • 4 - green beans, striped longish into 8 pieces
  • 2 - sliced ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Vegetarian Kway Teow

  • Put a wok on slow cook, add some 2 tbsp oil, allow it to simmer. Add the vegetables, salt, ginger and stir-fry.
  • After 2 mins, add the pre boiled Kway Teow and stir.
  • Add soya sauce, slow cook and stir-fry for 3-5 mins.
  • Serve hot with green chillies soaked in vinegar.
