  • 1 cup - Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup - Finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup - Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp - Plain flour
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped green spring onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Corn starch
  • 2 tsp - Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - Red chilli sauce
  • A pinch of Ajinomoto (MSG)
  • 5 - Soup sticks

How to Make Veggie Lollipop

  • Take all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
  • Make sure you get a consistency of a soft dough to make 10 balls out of it.
  • Cut the soup sticks into halves to make a total of 10 sticks.
  • Take a portion of the mix and make a ball out of it.
  • Insert one soup stick into it and reshape to make a lollipop.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan and slide 3-4 lollipops at time.
  • Deep Fried them till golden-brown and crispy outside.
  • Take them out on a kitchen towel and cover the stick with a piece of aluminium foil.
  • Serve hot.
