  • 1.5 cup - roasted vermicelli
  • 3/4 cup - powdered jaggery or brown sugar
  • 400ml - coconut milk
  • 200ml - mango pulp
  • 2.5 cup - water
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • Mango slices, to garnish

How to Make Vermicelli and Mango Dessert

  • Cook the vermicelli in water.
  • Dissolve jaggery in 1 cup of water, strain and add to the vermicelli. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add coconut milk and simmer for 2 more minutes.
  • Stir in the mango pulp and cardamom powder, and remove from fire.
  • Cool and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Serve cold, garnished with mango slices.
