Ingredients

  • 200 gms - Vermicelli
  • 200 gms - Jaggery
  • 1 Liter - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom Powder.

How to Make Vermicelli Kheer

  • Break the vermicelli into small bits and cook it in half a litre of milk and half a litre of water.
  • Add the jaggery to it.
  • Cook until the vermicelli softens.
  • Then add the remaining half litre of the milk and let it boil.
  • Now add the cardamom powder and remove from fire.
  • Serve warm.
